David Villa has first been on the pitch of his new stadium, the Camp Nou. There, he was cheered by more than 35.000 people who were impatiently waiting in their seats since one hour earlier.

After running onto the pitch, David Villa has posed to the usual photos in these cases.

The fans shouted the famous words “illa, illa, illa, villa maravilla” and other songs.

David has posed with his new number 7, his favorite number, which was free in the “culé” club, so the player has felt particularly satisfied with this.

The new t-shirt, with number 7 is on sale in the official FC Barcelona store, and has caused a great expectation

During the presentation, David Villa has continuously been greeting and saluting the fans and playing with the ball, and after he attended the numerous journalists that were congregated celebrating one of the transfers of the summer.

David thank and spoke to his new fans, and then threw some balls to the supporters that were watching him from their seats, and bid them farewell until after the South Africa world cup.  

Without any doubt, it has been a very special and emotional day for David Villa, full of emotions and sensations that he wanted to share with all his fans.
